Original artwork is an Acrylic on Canvas 16 x 20. Painted as part of the "Remembranzas" collection and is an homage of the disappearing holiday once celebrated by all Puerto Rican Children now slowly being replaced by "Santa Claus". This beautiful custom came from the Biblical account of the Magi who visited baby Jesus and brought gifts. On Three Kings Eve, children in Puerto Rico would collect grass placing it in a shoebox underneath their beds, in hopes that the Three Kings would stop by to feed the camels and leave a gift in the box.
